Shirley Chee

Shirley founded CHEE FM & Associates in 1999 and brings more than 25 years of experience across assurance audit, insolvency, restructuring, tax and corporate advisory. She began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, spending six years there before establishing her own practice. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, she has been a licensed Insolvency Practitioner approved by the Ministry of Law and an Approved Liquidator by the Registrar of Public Accountants since 1999.

Bernice Tan

Bernice is a Public Accountant and practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), as well as a member of CPA Australia. She graduated from Curtin University of Technology, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and brings more than 20 years of audit experience spanning construction, manufacturing, hotel and hospitality, fund management, telecommunications, trading and investment holding. As a partner, Bernice leads planning, allocation and management of audit assignments, audit reviews and reporting, client engagements, and on-the-job training and supervision of the audit and assurance team.

Specialization

Statutory audit, assurance and risk-based audit reviews across construction, manufacturing, hospitality, fund management, telecommunications and investment holding.
